This school will be conducted in English where you will learn intensively about traditional Japanese woodworking. It will be taught directly by an active Japanese carpenter Takami Kawai. By learning about Japanese traditional woodworking with me, you can discover the charms and depth of the Japanese woodworking culture. With these attained skills, working with wood becomes an endless possibility.
Tuition fee
Prices are as follows.
You can sign up and start at any point in the class.
Long-term students will be notified of the discounted price after applying.
Accommodation is included during your stay.
Meals are included Monday through Friday.
2 weeks short class >480000yen
1 month class > 912000yen
1.5 months class > 1296000yen
2 months class > 1632000yen
2.5 months class > 1920000yen
3 months class > 2160000yen
*Note-If you cancel for your reasons, 20000yen will be charged as a refund fee regardless of the period.

61 days or more before the start of the course → Full Refund or Change the course date
60 days to 41 days before the start of the course → 20% cancellation fee or Change the course date
40 days to 21 days before the start of the course → No refund、Change the course date
20 days before the start of the course → No refund、No course change
*The course can only be changed to a month where there is still an availability.
